Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 27/01/2026
At Harbour Aesthetics, we aim to provide safe, professional and timely treatments for every client. To ensure smooth operations and fair booking availability, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy outlined below.
1. Appointments & Deposits
To secure an appointment, we may require:
- A small booking fee, or
- A refundable/non-refundable deposit (depending on the treatment)
Deposit details will be clearly stated during the booking process.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you give us at least:
Rescheduling with less notice may lead to deposit loss, as short-notice changes often leave the slot unfillable.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel without fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice:
- Your deposit or booking fee may be forfeited
- You may be charged a late cancellation fee (if applicable for real clinics)
If you do not attend your appointment (“No Show”):
- The full deposit is forfeited
- A new deposit may be required to rebook
4. Refund Policy
Deposits
Deposits are:
- Non-refundable if you cancel late or do not attend
- Fully refundable if:
- We cancel the appointment
- You are found unsuitable for treatment during consultation
- A valid medical reason prevents treatment (requires proof)
Treatment Payments
Once a treatment has been carried out:
Refunds cannot be offered, as the service and clinician’s time have been provided. This aligns with UK consumer regulations for personalised services.
Prepaid Packages
- Completed sessions are non-refundable
- Remaining sessions may be refunded only at management discretion
- Packages may be credited for alternative treatments if medically appropriate
5. Suitability for Treatment
If the practitioner determines during consultation that you are not medically suitable for the treatment:
- Your deposit or booking fee will be fully refunded
- No charges will apply
This protects both client safety and medical ethics.
6. Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time.
If you arrive late:
- We will try our best to accommodate you
- If treatment cannot be completed in the remaining time, it may be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit may be forfeited
7. Clinic Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule:
- You will not be charged
- Any deposits will be carried forward or refunded promptly
We always aim to give as much notice as possible.
